一.用途:Function
均质炉是铝棒铸造后进行热处理的**设备,旨在消除铸锭时产生的残余应力和金相组织的不均匀,进而改善后工序的挤压加工工艺性能,提高生产效率和提高铝型材产品的质量。
Homogenizing furnace is the special equipment which heat treated billet after casting and eliminate the residual stress as cast ingot and non-uniformity metallurgical structure and improve the performance of extrusion processing process, improve the production efficiency and aluminum product quality.
二.技术参数:
1.燃(气)油、*、台车式、带强制冷却室的均匀化炉组:由燃油(气)均匀化炉,强制风冷却室和承料台车三部分组成;
2.炉组装炉量:5吨-60吨;
3.铸棒长度:较长8.5米;
4.温度控制:在±5℃。
5.35吨均匀化炉组的日处理量可达:110吨铸棒。
6.均匀化处理较低油耗:23-30公斤/吨铝棒;天然气:25-35M3/吨铝棒
7.它既可用于挤压用铸锭(铝铸棒)的均匀化处理,也可用于压延方锭的均匀化处理。全套设备可全自动控制与操作。
